Stuck on Crop Failure

I've been speeding through the quests on my new assassin character, but the Crop Failure quest seems to have broken on me. I was crouching to skip Doubiss' dialogue where he tells you to go to the aquifer, and now when I get to the bottom he doesn't show up and he just has a message that stops me from fighting the slimes. I've done /class, /kill, changed lobbies, switched to 12.2, and restarted my pc, and nothing seems to fix the issue. I went back to see if the dialogue didn't finish, but he just says "I've told you already, go to the aquifer above town". Am I missing something, or has the quest genuinely bugged on me?

 

There is an issue with the quest right now, it will be fixed next map update (just fixed it on our side)!
