Stuck On Both "recover The Past" And "sandy Scandal"

Recover the past:
So my minecraft crashed when I was being teleported to furma for the farmer's memory and when I relogged the farmer was not where it was suppose to be and I couldn't find him anywhere. I tried /kill and switching worlds, is there anything that I can do to fix it?

Sandy Scandal:
When I went into the bomb shop to open the safe, I use the combination correctly, however the door didn't open, so I clicked the reset button and nothing happened, I ended up /killing myself and when I went back to it the buttons on the safe doesn't work anymore. I tried using the reset button and switching worlds as well.

 

Might be a tad late, but have you double-checked the instructions in your questbook? A little while ago I had a quest break on me like that, but all I needed to do was go back to the previous checkpoint. If you still have issues beyond that, I would recommend posting this in the Bug Reports thread.
