Stuck on a Hunter's Calling

Essentially I beat theorick and the cutscenes started playing. However one of the cutscenes didn't play and I was stuck. I had to /kill, but when I went back it didn't tp me into the scenario, and going back to the path of darkness npc doesn't work either.

Ive been hardlocked in 2 quests in the past 2 days sadge

 

Is there no button at the Ice Barrows Entrance? Because if you die, you can press it and get transported to the Theorick Bossfight

 

Do you know where? Like brief location i.e near the merchant or smth
