Stuck in "The Hidden City"

After the step 9 of the Quest, I have to inspect the house. The problem is i'm stuck in the "animation room" i don't know how to call it but i'm in the house between two barrier walls that as been place for the npc to talk and move without me being in the way
First screen is where i'm stuck


Second screen is to show that there's an invisible wall that stop me from going futher in the house.

How can I unstuck myself ? Help is needed, thanks !

 

Use /kill to respawn in the nearest town

 

Already did and I came back two times in the same spot nothing change still stuck
