stuck in textures + stuck outside map borders

okay i'll try to explain situation, so my friend stuck bellow almuj city. AND with another character he stuck outside map actually.
It's strange asf, i can't even trade the teleport scroll to him cause "that player is too far away from u. get closer'. If someone know what to do pls help, or if developers are here help pls.

Have you tried using the /kill command already? (More than 6 soul points so you don’t loose anything) it should get you out of there and respawn you in the last town you have been in
