Stuck In Guild

Im in a guild for like 2 years now and i cannot get out when i type /guild leave it says that i need 3 soul points and type yes it said you left the guild but i cannot join to another one cuz im in a guild right now it says.
I have double names in the guild it happened when i changed my name from Sl3pY3 to Radir88

 

Unfortunately, changing your username while in a guild creates a glitch, making you unable to leave. The only way to leave would be to have the guild disbanded.

This is a common problem and you are usually recommended to read about it before you do,
If you already change your name then theres nothing you can do now

 

That's sad because my friend created a new guild and im the only one who can not join it
Hope they fix it soon
