    I was using the teleport function on my wand to increase the efficiency of my travels when all of a sudden I'm stuck, if someone of authority could help save me from this mess I'd be eternally grateful.

    Just do /kill if you have 3+ soul points. If you don't, check if you have a tp scroll. Use it if you have more than 2 soul points. If you don't have either, just wait.
