stuck in "A sandy scandal" quest

My quest is currently stuck in the stage "Find the source of the detonation". In normal circumstances, I should be able to be teleported into the scene and do what it told me. But I died in the scene somehow, then it turned out that I'm lack of accessibility to the scene to continue the quest. I've tried the method wiki suggested me to do but failed. HOW could I proceed in this quest? Please, desperate to have the answer. THANKS ALOT.
