Stuck at sandy scandal

So to start off, while i was fighting the bandits i didn't disarm the tnt and it exploded, looking the wiki it just told me to try again

as you can see, the npc doesn't appears here

and going to the cave doesn't tp me to the bandit's warehouse.
please help, i dont know if the quest is glitched or im being dumb

 

If you were at the stage of disarming the tnt, you need to enter the hole at the back of the almuj bank

 

I still don't understand how this specific issue of people choosing the wrong entrance in Sandy Scandal happens so often
