Strange Thing On Bottom Of Ocean?

I noticed this at the bottom of the ocean whilst looking around the map. What is it? Is it some part of a quest that i'm yet to do/forgotten about or is it just random?

It's probably just a random structure.
There are caves in the ocean, there are lights, reefs, lots of stuff.

I don't think this has any relevance

 

I've found a hole like this next to Nemract. There was a cave there, with a few crates and a wooden wall with some beds and decoration inside and a tier 3 loot chest. Maybe it's an easter egg or just a cool little place to explore.

Okay, I went there with a Breathing Helmet II.
You need to dive a little bit into a cave. In the end, you will find an area with air and in the back of that part of the cave, there seem to be some gold blocks hidden behind a wall.
Maybe that really is the hidden treasure of Atlantis? ;)
