    I realize that strength is rarely associated with dex and agil, but are there any high level str+dex or str +agil armor pieces? Preferably high hp regen and/or walk speed.

    There's an entire Strength/Agility unique set of endgame armour, gimme a sec, I'll find it.
    Aries is the helmet.

    Do you know of any good pants or boots with high hp + health regen that don’t cost too many stat points outside of agil and strength?

    Minecraft:
    Harwrol is a level 97 legendary spear. It does only Earth and Neutral damage, but it gives bonuses to Agility. Besides that, there's nothing Earth + Air/Thunder that comes to mind, besides a unique Earth-Thunder dagger I had a while ago...
