Store Purchase Error

Until paypal messages me back whenever
has anyone ever gotten this error when trying to purchase something on the wynncraft store before? specifically hero rank upgrade from vip +?

if so do you know a way around it because iv had this problem with 2 visa cards now, and i know its not wynncraft but the problem still persists.
Also huge sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, i did not know where else to post it other than questions, as i am really just asking if anyone knows how to fix this

I have, i have waited over a week with my last visa card... and this one iv waited since a few hours ago today, around 4 hours actually

 

Does this only happen when you try to upgrade to HERO? If so, mail [email protected] about it and see if you can do something about it. If this happens when you try to buy anything at all, check that all your Paypal account information is correct, and maybe you should contact Paypal support and tell them your online service doesn't work, and see if they can help you out.
