Art Statue Of Bob

When I first saw the contest thread, I was happy to see a category for Renders and 3d models. However, I decided to take that in a different direction with my newly obtained 3d printer.

I created a statue of Bob and his companions: Moonington, Cluckles, and Baab. It's action figure sized and can fit on my desk and PC. Putting together the render took long enough, but it also took a few tries at the ~5 hour print to get things just right.

I also tried making a scaled down version of one of my favorite cities. The Cinfras print was less pretty, though. Apparently it's not a good idea to try to turn hundreds of thousands of minecraft blocks into less than a cubic meter of plastic. Lots of stringiness ensues.
