Assassin/Ninja Statue Abuse

Statue is a curious pair of boots, giving the highest health on one item in the game, with the downside of a massive amount of negative walk speed, making you unable to move except through movement spells. What if we could change that?

I present to you, Statue and Archangel. Statue gives a ton of ehp to this build, and all of the cumulative walk speed from the rest of the items balances out the negatives. I don't necessarily know how good this is, but it seems excellent to me.
