Assassin/Ninja Statikk Assassin

So this is a build that I made that utilises Agility, Dexterity, and intelligence.

Use Blur, and 2 other Sliders with Water and Air powders.

Pros
-Good mana regen and steal
-Good damage
-Not too costly
-Not too LI or Hive intensive

Cons
-RNG based due to agility being primary defense
-Very SP tight, you need to get good SP rolls( I did, that's why I made this build, you can use Prowess if you want but I only have 1 Master Hive token since I only have 1 80+ class)
-Very bad elemental defence, you need to powder it

If anyone can improve this build, you can post here, this is just my first build that I like personally.
