The value of the weapon depends on its current id's, not if you are to reroll.
Example:

I have a god roll Stratiformis. My buyer says he wants to reroll it. I wont sell a god roll strati to him for 1 le would I?

 

That is quite possibly the worse example you could ever give. You dont have a "god roll" Bismuthinite you have 1 with shit ids. The only id in any way decent is ws and everything else is pretty bad. I also dont see the point in comparing a lvl82 legendary to the most expensive mythic in the game. The max i will pay for this is 1le as its stats are bad and id have to reroll but if u reroll it yourself and get good ids ill gladly buy it off you
