Staff, Please Help!!!

    I just lost a LEGENDARY assassin weapon to a glitch... I was at the item identifier getting it identified. It dealt so much damage... :saltedhappy: It was still in the identifier thing. The server restarted. I want back on. It was gone, along with the emeralds I spent on it. :saltedangry: I can't believe I lost it... It was so good... :confounded: Can I please have some staff help? It was an assassin weapon, legendary, and it dealt around 17-200 damage. (Pretty random, am I right?) Anyways, that damage was mostly neutral, but also some air damage. Can I please have some staff help getting it back? I would really appreciate it. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

    I'm not too sure if the staff will give you a refund, but if you have any chance you should post some proof.

    Sorry, but if an item phases out of existence, we can't bring it back. We have a strict no-refund policy with in-game items.
