Spider Dungeon Keys/infested Pit Keys

So I have been on this server a few years and played a long time ago and quit but recently started playing again
but I started a new character and I had 2 spider dungeon keys in my enderchest so I could farm a little with my new characters later on but since an update some time ago that I didn't know of I cant use them anymore or they are bugged my question is can I trade them in for normal infested pit keys because I cant use them anymore and it really bugs me pun intended

 

Can't do anything with them besides keep them for memories. It's been a long time since that update so you can no longer exchange them (not a big deal though, keys aren't that hard to get in most cases).
