Putting extra points into intel/agility is top priority. If there's still a few left over, dump into strength. 7/4s mr with spell swap is plenty to sustain yourself as long as you put enough into intel, but if you really feel you need more mana then go 7 morph capri as said above. Rainbow hive bow has enough penetration to hurt everything in LI that has rainbow def (excluding yahyabot ofc).
