Spell Input Lag

For some reason, after I bought the 2016 Macbook Model which should of runned minecraft extremely well. But whenever I cast a spell usually, especially while running. There is a delay/stop for a couple moments of nothing happening then things fast forward. I've unfairly died many times due to this and I don't know whats the issue. I tried changing my settings, I tried increases my RAM since I have 8GB of Ram for memory.

These are the computer specifics:

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016 Model)
Processor: 1.1 GHz Intel Core m3
Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz LPDDR3
Startup Disk: Macintosh HD
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 515 1536 MB

But does anyone know a good fix to this?

 

Wait for servers to be less laggy. There's a lot of people on after the gameplay update.

 

The thing is that my previous and older mac worked perfectly fine during this. I also attempted to use optifine and do some stuff with the firewall, etc. But I would like some people to discuss some other methods for this.

it only happens on wynn, right? not on any other servers? if that's so i know a fix. i've had this for a past few days but i just fixed it yesterday

Well, wynn is laggy last days

 

bump, and my other mac worked just fine. And it is a much slower and crappier mac, I dont think that wynn is laggy overall is the issue.
