Archer/Hunter Help Spell Dmg Archer Needed.

Hey guys i need a build that does a crap ton of damage with spells. Note that i also need a good mana regen and No mythics allowed (I Cant afford them)

but if you want a range i'd say 75-100

Boreal-Pattern Aegis
Crystal
Wind Mimic / Memento

Concentration / Raindrop
Kaze
Autotomize

Stratiformis
Cluster (t6 Water)

Skill Point: 0 Str, 33 Dex, 67 Int, 0 Def, 100 Agi.

A typical boreal-type build with fast movement and high DPS. You should watch out that you're extremely vulnerable, but you should be fine with the high walk speed. Also expensive AF, because of Stratiformis. Get Gale's Force if you don't want to fend off the extreme price
