Spell Damage

    Just wondering what would be better to have, more spell raw damage or more spell % damage?

    more raw damage(not spell), as that is multiplied by 2-4 depending on which spell you're using,
    then % to make that higher, if your base spell damage is above 100.
    If base spell damage is below 100, do spell dmg(after maxing raw dmg) until it is over 100, then do %.

    Got it?
    Good.




    Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
