    um yeah the title says it all what is the ring bracelet and necklace with the most raw spell damage? i guess jester set works if that is it but id like to hear the best of each non set item also.

    • Ring: Finesse (L89, +39)
    • Bracelet: Pandemonium (L99, ??? Req, +90)
    • Necklace: Antim (L99, 65)
    However, the list does not account for set bonuses, so the Jester Set or some other set may still be better in comparison.

    Just gonna say, aside from Nebulous, you should generally use mana accessories.
