Shaman/Skyseer Help Spell Damage Build

I want a good spell damage build for my shaman. Cannot use mythics, LI gear is okay, hive gear is okay, leaning toward either Water or Water/Earth or Water/Something else (duo or trio).

Send your builds below. I currently have Cryoseism as a weapon but am not sure if that's the best choice for my build. I could put earth powder on it and make a water/earth build like I usually do for other classes, but I want others' opinions first.

dont powder it earth, water deals a lot more dmg and you get curse
