Archer/Hunter Help Spell Dam Build

I need to know a good build for level 80-85ish >.< I cant seem to really find good spell damage builds as archer at around level 80 without the hassle of getting to level 98 and buying a spring ;-;

also pls dont include spiritshock or some item that is worth like 4 stacks of LE ;-;

(a build thats compatible with levels 81 to 83 would be preferred but it wouldn't hurt to level a little)

Btw, I dont want to have to spend tons of points into dexterity/strength/defense because I basically rely on intelligence and terrible walkspeed items (max traveller, angel robe, bloudil, legs of the scared) I find on grinding sprees currently..
so a build based off of high ass intelligence and spell damage, but with also 40-50ish agility would be nice

Weapon: Maelstrom (spell damage %/walkspeed/elemental damage/stat points)
Helmet: Blue Mask (15 intel 15 agi 15 dex)
Chestplate: Millenium (hp regen/spell damage/stat points)
Leggings: Crystal (mana regen/reflection/walkspeed/stat points
Boots: Sodeta Boots (hp regen %/spell damage %/mana regen
Ring #1: Suppression (mana regen/hp regen)
Ring #2: Jester Ring (3 piece set)
Bracelet: Jester Bracelet (3 piece set)
Necklace: Jester Necklace (3 piece set)
Skill points (at level 100): 20 dexterity/78 agility/100 intelligence
Minimum Level Required: 76 (however its perfectly viable for level 100)

Pros: High spell damage
Good hp regen (about 200 hp regen with raw hp + hp %)
Spells don't cost much + good mana regen (keep in mind that you won't have infinite mana even if you switch between spells constantly so getting some melee hits in can be useful)
Good walk speed (30%-40% + the speed 3 depending on ids)
Good damage ( 300-500 melee hits, 3k-10k damage with bomb arrow, 5k-12k with arrow shield)
High agility (around a 65% dodge chance depending on ids)

Cons: Not very tanky (only about 5500 hp and low defense meaning you have to rely on agility/walkspeed/escape)

 

just grind at tol until you get an az

once you get one you can start a second holocaust on whatever server you are on
