    For weapon specials, can I have more than 1 powder special or can I have more?

    Ex:
    Empire builder [8/8 slots]
    Earth IV x2
    Water IV x2
    Thunder IV x2
    Air IV x2

    Do I get one of the 1 of the specials or do get all of them?
