Title. I've waited through three day and night cycles and haven't gained a single soul point. Currently stuck at Llevigar because I only have two of them. My arrow storms aren't working, either. I input the spell right and it says the spell has been cast but nothing comes out. Help?

A few items prevent soul points from coming back. Check your stats.

Items can have the ID "soul point regen" if it is negative you get a chance of not getting any soul points when it becomes daytime. Arrow storm should be fixed now. Thread moved/closed.
