Something That Happens When I Try To Rode A Horse

My version is 1.9.1 and in-game when I try to ride a horse or ride boat my game classes and writes:

internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Intfirray with size 1 is bigger than allowed 0.

What can I do to stop this?

 

If I read that correctly, then that's a really bizarre glitch. An int[] that can't contain any elements.

This sounds like the 1.16 glitch that popped up a while ago. Just use 1.12, its the best version to use in this case.

tbh, why are you using 1.9?

 

my computer chrashed with 1.12 even with 4 render distance

 

The only time that message (or a similar one) shows up for me is when I'm joining the server (hasn't happened lately) It usually goes away when I join a different server and join back again

 

Do you use any mods?

(Btw was it 1.12 or 1.12.2?)
