Something Suspicious...

Note: I've been meaning to post this for a while, I've just forgotten.

So Gavel came out at the very end of Autumn, and everyone was hyped. When I first started playing, however, I noticed something very strange. To most people, this is simply a wand texture, but it was very familiar to me. The new Stick texture for wands I'd seen somewhere before: Animations. Specifically by Slamacow:





The first we see of this stick is the animation "Silverfish Encounter", which came out way before Gavel in May. While there are a few differences between the two sticks, key components are there: Both have an arched top, a small leaf and a sort of bandage where it's held. Does this mean Slamacow knew about the textures for Gavel, or did Wynncraft take Slamacow's texture?

Not only this, but in the animation "Skeleton Encounter", we see the stick has a magical property: To change blocks into others. Slamacow specifically uses this to create a line of ice to skate upon. What can Mages do in Wynncraft? Create lines of ice, known as "Ice Snakes", to slow down their foes.

 

Interesting things i didn't thought about :D

 

In the end of the first video... could that be the corruption?

And in the second video he used Ice Snake.

I'm starting to think Wynncraft and Slamacow has something in common... hmm....

I play a Mage and love slama cow... HOW HAVE I NOT NOTICED THIS?!

 

I think at the end of the first video, it's meant to be an Endermite. We see it's first appearance changing blocks, and the purple smoke is related to The End. Just a theory though.

 

Ah yeah, makes sense.

 

The moment I saw the wand texture I was like...
This is from Slamacow.
Or maybe Slamacow used the wand texture? I could be wrong.
Maybe Slamacow threatened Salted because Salted is a cow. Slamacow is slam-a-cow. Slamacow would slam Salted here and there so that he could include the wand texture in his animation.

 

I mean, I don't think Slamacow designed it.
But... Slamacow must know Salted/Grian/Jumla in some way, why else would he have the texture?

 

I actually think it's the power of the staff. I think it's what turned the entire castle into stone and andesite, and now that the staff is gone, it's regenerating back into it's old form/
