1.9/1.10 fucks up game textures resulting in purple-black blocks. Also custom item skins gets huge. Play in 1.8 and you should be fine.

1.9/1.10 sucks anyway

And the same goes for bookshelves!

All of those textures are 3d textures.. Try deleting the blockstate files in the server resource packs..?

(And I don't think daggers are the best choice for scratching your chest...)

 

What I usually do is either relaunch MC, go to a different version, or just relog.

I mean its a month old. Not considered a necroposts but its still 'resurrecting' in a way. Just kind of unnecessary.
