Acid x2, level 99 unique ring, with atleast 450 poison.
Coyote Crest, level 67 uniqe necklace, with atleast 5 dexterity.

Please post a picture of the IDs or tell me the IDs here. I'm willing to pay 1-2 LE per item, maybe a bit more if the IDs are really good
