Some Bugs Today

This is so you know, shouts are currently broken, guild chat is as well and you can't message people across servers, only in the same world.
Know this and don't assume people are ignoring you, as they cannot see your messages.​

Ah yes, we are looking into them and trying to fix them. There will be more updates on the fancy twitter when it is fixed.

hmm btw what about guild war? i couldnt see guild war msgs today either XD idk if that was just me though ._.
