    I'm relatively new to Wynncraft, loved the server instantly so I decided to buy the hero rank, it was about ten hours ago or so? My in-game account still haven’t updated yet and I am worried if it was an error in the system or if the managing team are just busy. I went around the server and asked others about their ranks, and they usually say that they get their ranks in around 1-10 minutes. I also did some research in the forum and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. Is there any suggestions as to what I should do?
