Solidarity of Steel quest bugged?

    After the whole discussion in Timasca, you're supposed to follow Zeph and Yuman to continue. Except after the cutscene, they never spawned. The quest is telling me to talk to Yuman and the coordinates but he's just not there. It's been 12 hours, I've /class'ed, /killed, walked down the path multiple times, walked around different paths but nothing worked. Am I softlocked?
