    So i got the council and accidentally threw it away and now i dont know how to get a new one, am I softlocked now? I looked around the area but i could'nt figure out on how to get a new one.

    what did you throw away? the invitation letter? and did that stop the council cutscene from working? if so, try /fixquests to get another letter and try doing the council segment again, if that doesn't work try going through previous areas of the quest to see if there are any NPCs that do allow you to continue as normal
