    I've never heard of I and me being interchangeable, also "The Wizard and I" is a sentence fragment so it could be either I or me, but only depending on the full sentence context.

    I is used for subjects, and me for objects.
    Since you heard Santa(who heard Santa?), you is the subject of heard, and "Santa + whoever" is the object. Since me is the pronoun used for objects, it should be used.

    If the sentence is tested by removing "Santa and", "I suppose you heard I" sounds incorrect. "I suppose you heard me" sounds better.
    Replacing "Santa and [I/me]" with us/we, the plural pronouns: "I suppose you heard us" which uses the plural of the object pronoun sounds correct over "I suppose you heard we" which is using the subject pronoun.
