You have Hero/Champion and Filled up those slots, you then proceeded to lower your rank with /changetag

i have never had ani rank other then vip, and i used no lag or exploits.

 

Just a guess but it looks like you maybe had a buy order go through as your filled all your slots

basicalli during the quest suppli and deliveri, u bui the crate from the tm, but it doesnt want u not being able to do quest bc of lack of tm slots so it givdes u a new slot automaticallo
