Small Bug- Need Help!

Well, let's just get into it. Bit of a spoiler, but the "Royal Token of Gratitude" received from completing Wynn Excavation Site D can be used a currency to purchase very powerful amulets in the new trade town of Cinfras. I have three characters that have completed the quest, so I obviously had three Tokens. I took the Tokens out of my bank went to buy the Amulet and after clicking the button to purchase the amulet I wanted (I clicked it once) the merchant took ALL THREE tokens, and I received no amulet. I've tried all the normal ways to check and see if it was a player-fixable-glitch. (Re logging, etc.) I have neither item. All I want from this thread is my tokens back and the glitch fixed so this happens to nobody else.

If you're wondering why this isn't posted on the bug report website, my web browser doesn't allow it for some reason.
