High spell+mana with some walk speed:
Third Eye, Soul Signal, Dark Channeler, Memento, 2x Raging Wind, Contrail/Relend's Refrain, Errant.
Split skill points between agi, dex and int.
This will give you very high spell damage, ridiculously good multihits and mana capacity with easily enough mana regen for any high int assassin. The walk speed is not super high, but when maxed it can give like 50-60%+Slider's walk speed.

what in the sp max intelligence and the rest on agility?

 

Try to take 106 intelligence, just enough dexterity to use Dark Channeler, and put the rest to agility.

This is mainly a neutral damage+raw spell build for multihit.
