Assassin/Ninja Help Slayer Assassin Build Help

Is it possible to use Slayer for a decent assassin build? (the other items need to be under 1stx)
(ok with quest/dungeon items except for LI)

Well here's this. Accessory choice was to increase health regen + Greed.

since assassin uses mostly 1 spell, slayer ist actually used in builds for the class
most of the time there are other options like hephaestus-forged (-3rd spell+mana steal) and nethers scar (for the attk speed)

 

Not totally happy with how this turned out because I couldn't use Earth Breaker or Cinderchain with Contrast but here's:

Which class is it usually used in?

 

mage, warrior and shaman since their main spell dmg is from the 3rd spell.

 

it also has good use with epoch
