    Miners Need Cool Shoes is my favorite. It's simple and easy to use, you can easily import your skin from your Minecraft username, and when you're finished, simply click a couple buttons, and now you have a new skin!

    I personally use Novaskin for every skin I make. Just seems to be a lot easier to use and is smoother in my opinion.
