    In the description to the Skill points stands that each element rises exept the Damege of the element also a extra trait (increase any damage, increase crit chance, reduce mana, reduce any damage, increase dodge chance) are they also added in twith the same % like the element increase or are they diffrent?

    They're additive with each other. Most damage stats are additive with each other.

    No I mean NOt the damage but the secound effekt of every element if they also have the same probability like the Damage or not.

    Skill points affect elemental damage and second effects differently. Wynndata is a good way to see the percentages of the second effects, like so: https://wynndata.tk/s/kzcs4e
