Skill Points

So I was basically wondering how negative skill points affects a player.

Say you have exactly 40 points (or was it 45 lol) invested in Intelligence in order to equip Gaea-Hewn-Boots and you have all of the other necessary skill points required. So, you should be able to equip the boots.

However, what I was wondering if you held an item that gives you -x intelligence such as Apocalypse, would the boots pop off? Normally I would say yes, they would pop off, but I've seen a couple threads/replies about Dizver that basically say the -Agility only affects Air Damage and Dodge Chance (so you can still equip items that require Agility).

 

skill points gave by weapons will only affect its stats
