    If you mean adding skill points, why would you want to do that...?
    If you mean subtracting skill points, wear different equipment...?

    All identifications on a piece of equipment are permanent, once you get them you're stuck with them. Usually you can probably live with an item that takes away one or two skill points if you find a different one to counter it.
