    I was doing the quest today and there are no crystals? Bug like the light dust?

    It's a glitch, apparently quest items aren't dropping, or something.

    Nope. All quests that require collection of certain items that have to spawn there are impossible to complete (most cases the items you need to pick up are untradeable).
