    There is a Siegfried statue to the south of Cinfras. You can get items by donating emeralds to it. The final reward is given after donating 1 LE worth of single emeralds, which takes around 20 minutes.

    sadly both the cookie and the badge lose their textures if you leave the game and come back.

    The final reward is when you donate 9999 emeralds, I did it on Hero Beta. The donation box breaks and you're given a handwritten note from the CEO of the Siegfried Foundation saying "Please stop donating emeralds, you broke our donation box".

    Can confirm, the rewards are pretty cool (tho you cant wear the golden siegfried head this sucks, still worth it so that the ceo of siegfried can be afraid of your will)
