Personally what I'm using
Mask of Lunatic + Vengeful Spirit + Blood Aura = 10k Aura Heals and 96k Aura
You also got access to Mask of Fanatic if you just wanna be a healer instead

Mana sustain is fine if you wait for rebound. Depending on rolls of gear you might need everlasting tomes to negate minor -HPR if that bothers you

You can survive TNA but you can't just face tank with Fanatic, so you still actually have to put in effort to survive (mobility will be your biggest enemy so it might be worth removing the increased Totem AoE so it's easier to use Blood Connection)
