Seven League Boots Vs Almuj’s Walkers

Seven-League has up to 35% walk speed, Almuj's Walkers has up to 33%. The only reason I could see someone using almuj's walkers in the late-game is if they somehow want its bonus +dex or don't want to deal with seven-league's agility requirement (although if you want a WS build you'll need high agility anyway). In the end I think Almuj's Walkers is just a low-level item, albeit a really good one for its level.
