    Every once in a while you'll see a server with a number way higher than the others. That's a test server (or so I was told) it pops up and disappears every now and then.

    It's most likely a server that had rebooted just a moment ago and isn't fully loaded yet. They should return to normal within a few more secs. If they don't, the server's just had an error while loading up the server and it'll stay like that until the next reboot happens.
