Server Texture Pack

Hey, texture pack isn't working for me. Don't know why. On my old computer, works perfectly fine, on my new one, won't download. Yes, I know how to download server texture packs, it won't work. Normally places I play on with server texture packs have an alternate download for those whom it won't work for. Can someone upload theirs to dropbox or something, or maybe there can be an official download link, that'd be even better. Thanks for any help :)
